How to allocate your apprenticeship tax balance to EURECOM?
EURECOM is authorized to receive the balance of the apprenticeship tax (formerly “the 13%”, representing 0.09% of the previous year’s payroll), dedicated to funding initial training outside work-study programs.
For 2025, based on the 2024 payroll:
URSSAF collects contributions through the DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative).
Companies select their beneficiary institutions on the SOLTéA platform, operated by the Caisse des Dépôts.

May 27 to October 4, 2025: selection of beneficiary institutions on SOLTéA via Net-Entreprises
